Dispute Resolution
Last updated: September 27, 2026
This Policy explains how eligible CarryLink participants can raise and document delivery-related disputes before payment release.
1. Purpose of the dispute process
CarryLink provides a dispute process for eligible delivery participants to raise a delivery-related issue before the associated escrow or payment has been released.
The process is intended to preserve relevant information, allow authorized participants to provide evidence, and support review of the package and delivery record before the payment workflow is concluded.
2. Who may open a dispute
A dispute may be opened by an authorized participant associated with the delivery, including an eligible sender or traveler, subject to CarryLink's authentication and delivery-access controls.
A person who is not authorized for the applicable delivery may not use that delivery's dispute process merely because they possess a package reference or other limited information.
3. When a dispute may be opened
A dispute must be opened before the applicable escrow or payment has already been released through the completed delivery workflow.
CarryLink prevents creation of another active dispute where an active dispute for the applicable delivery already exists.
4. Reason for the dispute
The participant opening a dispute must provide a reason for the dispute. The reason should describe the delivery-related issue sufficiently for the matter to be understood and reviewed.
Providing a reason does not by itself establish responsibility or determine the outcome of the dispute.
5. Evidence
Authorized participants may provide relevant evidence through the CarryLink dispute workflow. Evidence may include information concerning package condition, custody, handoffs, tracking, delivery events, communications, photographs, or other records relevant to the issue.
CarryLink's current dispute evidence upload process limits an individual uploaded evidence file to 10 MB. Evidence must be relevant and must not be used to upload unlawful, malicious, or unrelated material.
6. Existing CarryLink records
CarryLink may review information already recorded through the platform, including delivery status, custody events, package photographs, verification records, tracking information, payment records, and relevant platform communications where available and appropriate to the dispute.
Platform records are considered together with the information and evidence available for the particular dispute; the existence of a particular record does not automatically determine the outcome.
7. Escrow while a dispute is active
Opening an eligible dispute before payment release allows the delivery issue to be addressed before the ordinary payment workflow is concluded. Payment handling remains subject to CarryLink's escrow, delivery, and administrative controls while the dispute is being administered.
A dispute does not automatically establish that a sender, traveler, or other participant is entitled to a refund, payment, or other particular result.
8. Cooperation and accurate information
Participants should provide accurate information and preserve relevant evidence when using the dispute process. Users must not intentionally falsify evidence, manipulate platform records, impersonate another participant, or interfere with CarryLink verification or custody information.
9. Review and administration
CarryLink may review the available information associated with a dispute and administer the matter using the platform's delivery, custody, payment, evidence, and account records.
The appropriate handling of a dispute depends on the facts and records available for that delivery. This Policy does not promise a predetermined refund, payment, allocation, or other outcome for every dispute.
10. Relationship to other policies
The dispute process operates together with the CarryLink Terms of Service, Escrow Policy, Privacy Policy, and other applicable platform requirements.
11. Changes to this Policy
CarryLink may update this Dispute Resolution Policy as platform operations, dispute features, or applicable requirements change. The current version will display its latest update date.
